This week you're going to learn how to master your mindset so that you can take back control of the thoughts that are derailing what you want and shift them so you can use your thoughts to empower yourself and activate your healing power!
As the name implies, you will be challenged to take a close look inward and really be open and honest with yourself about what thoughts are the most prominent in your mind.
If you are willing to give yourself the time to work through the exercises we do this week, you're going to begin to remember the truth of who you really are. You will also be honing a skill that will last a lifetime and have a massive impact on how you feel with your fibro.
